Who comes to mind?

Every organization has them – those people who are eager to step forward, unleash the dynamic leader inside and have a lasting impact. Think about your organization. Which names come to mind?

I have a favor to ask. Pass this message along to them – a solid endorsement that you think they have the potential to be an effective leader who will strengthen and transform our community.

We are currently recruiting members of Leadership Omaha Class 39, also known as the next “best class ever.” Applications can be completed at LeadershipOmaha.org and are due May 2.

Since its inception in 1978, Leadership Omaha has graduated a diverse network of more than 1500 alumni. Those alumni are having an important and noticeable impact from Capitol Hill to the Unicameral to our local school boards. The feedback we receive also speaks to the power of the program.

“There were many meaningful and fun experiences throughout the program that stand out because they forced me to question my own thinking about some preconceived idea,”
Gretchen Twohig, Associate General Counsel, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, LO Class 36

“Throughout LO, I was challenged to view situations and ideas through an incredibly diverse lens, which I believe has made me a stronger and more empathetic leader in my day to day.”
– Robert Wiebusch, Election Systems & Software, LO Class 33

“Leadership Omaha set the stage for what I wanted to accomplish in the community.”
– Eric Stueckrath, Outlook Nebraska, Inc., LO Class 34

Have an employee who’s ready to make a broader impact? Thank you for encouraging them to join Leadership Omaha – and for helping us develop our next class of community leaders.

Want to submit an application yourself? By all means.
